I’m going to bed. well, drinking my green tea, meditating, then going to bed. goodnight <3
I’m going to start dieting eating properly. and drinking green tea like it’s my day job. and meditating. and actually going to the gym. I’ve been feeling crap about myself the past few weeks, the victoria secret show didn’t help, and neither did looking through the thinspiration tag… so I’ve decided I’m going to do something about it.
